The hotel's location was great, close to a charming little beach and a delicious restaurant. The facilities were clean and had a nice pool area for relaxing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff, especially the two ladies working during breakfast, were super friendly and welcoming.

What I liked best was the comfort and the friendly staff. The room is very cozy and clean, the hotel is pretty and the location is great. I definitely recommend it.

If you want to eat nearby, try Mandala Delivery, which is situated 400 ft away. The hotel met expectations. Good choice for weekend in Ilhabela. We appreciated the fact that we chose praia do portinho.

The hotel had great amenities. It was really close to the water. The restaurant had good food at good prices. Friendly and helpful staff. It is in a good location, a short drive from the ferry.

Pousada Praia do Portinho is a very neat little hotel with a small but fairly ok beach just across the street. Our room was appropriate in size and furnishing (twin shower, lcd tv but with only 10 channels, hair dryer, minibar, balcony…). Also there is a shallow pool (about 1.5m) with a pool bar connected. All was very clean and in good shape. The staff is very friendly but only a few of them are able to speak English. Nevertheless all try to understand and help as much as they can. The breakfast was ok but nothing special – coffee, juices, bread, cakes, fruits, some cheese and sausage. Scrambled eggs are prepared on demand. The Pousada is located in a small village with just two small (beach) bars and a (seafood) restaurant which is fairly expensive but still within walking distance. Since we went there without a car we had to use the public bus in order to reach other places. There is a bus station directly in front of the hotel so one can reach any other city or beach quite easily. A bus ticket is 2.50 brl and the busses go frequently. Eventually I can fully recommend this place as well as the island itself and would love to go there again one day.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the beach and plenty of places to relax. The food is delicious with a good variety of options.

The beds were not very comfortable and could definitely use an upgrade. , the rooms were not as spacious as we would have liked.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options and fresh food. the location couldn't be better, with easy access to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. the pool area was also a highlight, with plenty of space to relax and have fun.

Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the noise level from neighboring rooms was a bit high, making it sometimes hard to sleep at night.

Located on the coast of São Paulo, this hotel is a perfect place for relaxation. It’s close to a small beach and the ocean is just a stone's throw away. the rooms are spacious and well-ventilated with beautiful views of the surrounding area. the staff offers excellent service and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel lacks a cozy atmosphere in the rooms.
